This page explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have over it. We keep things straightforward and do not share your information with anyone who does not need it.
What Data We Collect
Registration asks for the standard stuff: name, date of birth, email, home address, and whatever payment method you use to fund the account. Some of that is legally required – the identity and address details specifically, because we have anti-money laundering obligations that we cannot get around. The rest is just what we need to make the account function and to reach you if something comes up.
The platform also picks up data automatically when you use it – IP address, browser, device, how long you spend on different parts of the site. This happens on essentially every website you use. We use it to keep things secure, catch anything that looks off, and get a better picture of how the platform is actually being used so we can fix what is not working.
How We Use Your Data
If you opted into marketing when you signed up, we will occasionally send you information about promotions. If you did not opt in, you will not hear from us on that front. Either way, you can change your preferences in your account settings whenever you want, and switching off marketing emails does not affect anything else about your account.
Who We Share It With
Some data goes to third parties, but only because it has to. Payment processors need your financial details to move money. Our verification provider needs your ID documents to run KYC checks. Game studios may receive anonymised session data for fairness auditing. Nobody we share data with is allowed to use it outside of what we specifically pass it to them for.
How We Store and Protect It
Closing your account does not mean your data disappears straight away. Certain records have to be kept for a number of years under the regulations that apply to us. If you want to know how long we hold something specific, ask us directly and we will give you a clear answer rather than pointing you to a paragraph of legal text.
Your Rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold on you, request corrections to anything that is wrong, or ask us to delete data we no longer have a legal reason to keep. If there is an ongoing dispute about how we have handled something, you can also ask us to pause processing while it gets sorted out.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep the platform working properly. Session cookies clear when you close the browser. Others stick around longer to know things like your preferences. Analytics cookies give us a broad picture of how people use the site – nothing that identifies you personally, just aggregate patterns that help us work out what needs improving.
