General

These terms apply to anyone using this platform – registered or not, playing or just browsing. Creating an account means you have read what is here and are fine with it. If something is not clear, ask us before you sign up. It is easier to sort questions at the start than to untangle problems later.

We update these terms when we need to. The new version goes up on this page with the date it changed. If you keep using the platform after an update, that counts as acceptance. If you disagree with something we have changed, you can close your account – no hard feelings.

Eligibility

You need to be 18 or older to use this platform. We check that during registration and may ask for documents to back it up at any point. If we think an account is being used by someone underage, it gets suspended straight away and we look into everything connected to it before doing anything else.

Account Registration

One person, one account. If we find duplicate accounts, all of them get suspended and any balances or bonuses tied to them are forfeited. If you have accidentally ended up with two accounts, contact support and we will sort it out before it becomes a problem.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Most deposits go through instantly, though it depends on the method. The minimum is £20. Before we release a withdrawal, we need identity verification – sometimes that means documents, sometimes it is already on file. E-wallets and crypto tend to move faster than cards or bank transfers once a withdrawal is approved.

We do not take fees on transactions from our side. Some payment providers do, and that is between you and them. Withdrawals generally need to go back via the same method used to deposit, which is a standard requirement under anti-money laundering rules. Limits may apply depending on your account level and how far along your verification is.

Bonuses and Promotions

Every bonus has wagering requirements attached to it – those are laid out in the terms for each individual offer. While you have an active bonus, the maximum bet is £2 per round. Going over that can get the bonus removed. Bonuses are for your personal use and cannot be passed on or sold to anyone else.

Account Suspension and Closure

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, shows signs of fraud, or raises flags under our anti-money laundering checks. If funds are held during an investigation, we will let you know why where we are able to. We do not do this lightly, but we do not ignore it either.
